3 to 4 times a week and your good. Maybe for 4-5 weeks(a month)

@gobais53 the same thing happened to me on the third day but i wasn’t sure it was working until my friend told me a joke and i couldn’t laugh without feeling my super sore ab muscles.

For the skeptics out there this really works ive been doing this for four days now and i cant laugh at jokes because my muscles are so sore….but its that rewarding soreness that lets you know that your doing something right

casn someone help me , evry time i lift to do an abdominal, i feel my neck really hard and a pressure under my chin, i do exercises for 1 year and nothing ever happened to me, but im kind of scared, it doest hurt at all, i just feel my neck hard, could some one help me out with this please?

@GotiMosi you should only stick to one or you wont see results trust me ive been there. do it 5 times a week and rest the weekends thats what i did and now i have a six pack:)

i do this everyday and been doing it for around three weeks am i overworking my abs!?!?

i do this @ 3 to 4 times a week.. at hoem on the side i eat clean i do cardio.. n i do machien abs.. at the gymm am i over doing it? thsi is the only exercise that actually makes my belly burn like hell.. the weight machiens.. dont burn.. but i think they will work on tonning.. n birning fat…n i think this video is helping make my core harder n burn sugars!! ???????????? right lol
